Yes,arts students can also apply for gnm.
According to the eligibility criteria:
- The candidates for admission to GNM should have passed the 10+2/equivalent examination with English as one main subject with a minimum aggreate of 40 to 50 percent marks from any recognized board from arts,commerce and science stream.
- Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government.
- Candidates need to pass 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing council and 40% of marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/Centre.
