Hello Saurabh,

Yes, you can apply for UPSC exam.

Some eligibility criteria which you need to fulfil are as follows:

1. Students having graduation degree in any stream with discipline university (regular or distant) or final years students can also apply.

2. The minimum age criteria

For all categories, candidates have 21 years of age on August 1st.

3. The maximum age for general category is 35 years, for obc, it is 35 years, for the sc and st category it is 37 years.

The minimum academic qualification you require for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)  examination is bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Final Year Graduate can also apply for teh exam.  You can check the further eligibility of the exam with the given below link.
