You should have physics, chemistry and maths in your class 12th , because clarity and focus in physics is extremely required in order to become a pilot. Hence, if you had the following subjects you can continue in the following way:
1. you have done b.sc in biotechnology, hence you are eligible to become a pilot.
2. now, you need to gain experience in this field, since you would be needing with a private pilot certificate.
3. also, getting a first class medical certificate is required from a federal aviation administration medical examiner.
4. as soon as you get a private pilot license, start working on getting a commercial certificate.
5. complete CFI rating requirements, try to get CFII AND MEI ratings for advanced level as a pilot.
note: as far as experience is concerned , in order to work at regional airlines flight you would need 500 to 1000 hours of training.

In order to become a pilot ,the candidate needs to have passed the 10+2 exam in the science stream and must have had mathematics and physics compulsorily. They should be completely physically fit and must have perfect vision in one eye. They also have to deposit a sum of 10,000. They also need to have an AFCME medical certificate. To become a pilot the candidate must have opted Science stream in 12th standard and must have 50% minimum in Physics, chemistry,maths and English.
The minimum age to become a pilot is 17 years. Therefore if you have opted for the above mentioned subjects and got the minimum marks then you are eligible to become a commercial pilot.
