According to COMEDK guidelines you can only use either SSLC certificate or any other Government document as you date of birth proof.
SSLC- Secondary school leaving certificate and is given to you when you pass class 10th.
Hence you cannot use your class 12tg certificate as you proof for date of birth.

For COMEDK counselling among all the documents, one of the document you need is the class 10th marksheet which would act as the document/proof of birth certificate as mentioned in the official website.It has been made mandatory nowadays,that class 10th marksheet will act as the birth certificate,and it is not required to carry the original/xerox of the birth certificate.
You should contact the authorities concerned that if you are allowed to bring the leaving certificate as in most of the cases it may be not allowed,and your seat allotment may be put under question.

Comedk admit card
Comedk rank card
Proof of date of birth
Photo identity proof
Caste certificate
Passing certificate of 12 th
Demand draft for payment of fees.
Yess you can use your 12 th marksheet as a proof for date of birth also for photo identity proof you have to carry either Adhar card, passport or driving licence so that can also be used as proof for date of birth. So no need to stress.
