yes, you can apply for Civil Services Examination. As per the eligibility criteria, any candidates who have appeared or are appearing in final year degree examination can appear for the exam.

Hello,
Any undergraduate degree is good for appearing inUPSC Exams.
It really doesnt matter from what educational background you belong if your preparation is good and you have in depth knowledge.
Any degree or graduation/post-graduation in any subject is alright. For higher education, one should always pursue the subject which one finds interesting and is comfortable with. Academic career and interest should not be compromised for an uncertain and highly competitive career in civil service.

Upsc exam only required graduation.If you completed graduation then you are eligible for it.But you have to study for it in full determination Beacuse its not like a cakewalks.
