Hello Aspirant,
See BHMS stands for Bachelor of Homoeopathy Medicine and Surgery whereas MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. Now let us understand the difference between both the courses, by doing BHMS one can treat the patients through Homoeopathic medicines only means he can give Homoeopathic treatment to the patient whereas one who does MBBS can perform different kinds of surgeries, allopathic treatments.

Good Luck!!
Yeah! One can treat disease but that exclude emergency cases which needs immediate drug enforcement in the patient. So you can treat all but unlikely all cases are not open to homeopathy. For example a patient will not consider homeopathy over allopathy if he/she have a cardiac problem or a brain cancer etc.
So you may be eligible to treat but the situation is like you will not get that patients. Although exceptions are there. There can be some patients those will choose homeopathy over allopathy for critical diseases but the percentage will be very small.
I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!
