No, a biology student can not apply for any B.Tech course unless and until you have mathematics as your additional subject. If you want to get admission to any b.tech course like B.Tech ME, B.Tech CSE, etc then you must have your 10+2/12th with mathematics, physics, and chemistry as your main subjects.
