Mostly biology is not N ADDITIONAL SUBJECT because it comes under main core subject which gives you a further way for medical lines. In every school mostly you can opt from maths or biology or you can take both subjects for studying in  class 11th and 12th science. BEst of luck for your future.

Yes, you can take Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and biology. Yes biology can be taken as an additional subject but please remember that additional Biology means not the optional subject mentioned in the form during registration

I guess you are talking about 10+2 through cbse board.Yes, you can take Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. It depends upon how can you cover the syllabus of these subjects because you need separate time for each subject.
