Yes, definitely biology students can also give the BITSAT exam but as per the eligibility criteria states that a candidate should have studied these mandatory subjects in his/her 10+2 level and those three subjects are :-
Physics. chemistry. maths.
So, if you have studied these subjects and had them and with these if you are also studying biology then a biology student can definitely give the Bitsat exam as well considering keeping the three mandatory subjects in mind mentioned above.

Yes Biology students can give BITSAT examination but he will be eligible for only B Pharma and not Btech dear.
This is because,
To be eligible for BITSAT for B Pharma, Biology students are also eligible but for BTech it is mandatory to have maths.
For your reference,
BITSAT 2022 examination eligibility is given below:-
-------------) you should be either appearing for 12th board examination 2022 or should have passed it in 2021 with PCM i. e physics chemistry and mathematics (or PCB i. e physics ,chemistry and biology in case of students applying for B Pharma , PCM candidates are also eligible for B Pharma)
-------------) You should have got at least 75% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics ( if you have taken mathematics for your BITSAT examination)
or
at least 75% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and biology ( if you have taken biology for your BITSAT examination)
-------------) you must have got at least 60% marks individually in each of physics, chemistry Maths/ biology
-------------) There's no age limit to be eligible
