There are no restrictions for using mobile phones in most of the pharmaceuticals colleges. Although if your college restricts from use of cell phones then its a separate case. So you have to check the official website of the college/disciplinary measure of the college in your college prospectus in order to be sure about the disciplinary measures induced by your college.
