Yes you can write the exam if you had physics chemistry and Biology in the 12th standard board with the required minimum marks.Mentioned below are the eligibility criteria for writing KVPY exam:
- For Stream SA The candidate must have scored 75% marks in aggregate and must have studied science subjects in 11th class. However the students of reserved categories need to score 65% marks in the aggregate.
- For Stream SX The candidate must have scored 75% marks in aggregate and must have studied science subjects in 12th class. However the students of reserved categories need to score 65% marks in the aggregate.
- For Stream SB the candidate is studying in the first year of undergraduate in basic science as a stream are also eligible to apply for the exam. The candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in the aggregate in the subjects of mathematics and Science subjects. However 50% are the required marks for reserved categories.
