Sorry to say but a Bsc student is not eligible for IES(Indian Engineering Services) exam. The minimum qualification of IES(Indian Engineering Services)exam requires is a bachelor's degree in engineering(B.E or Btech)from a recognized university with minimum percentage required.
However there is provision that a student with MSc degree or its equivalent with electronics, wireless communication, radio physics or radio engineering as a special subject can apply for IES exams.

Hello.,
IES is an indian engineering services. The eligibility criteria for this post are the candidates who completed their B. Tech degree from any branch. It is an government sector job i.e. to tackle the technical aspects in government sectors. The IES is national level exam and the age criteria for the students are 21 to 30 years. Mostly the exam offers question from branches of civil., Electronic., Mechanical etc.,
The students from the last year of engineering can also apply. Hence an bsc students cannot apply for the IES exam.
Hope this helps you out. Good luck
