can b.sc Physics students are eligible to study m.sc in aerospace science
- You can pursue msc in aerospace science. All you need is an agreegate of 50% in your graduation.
- Class 12th percentage should be a minimum of 60 percent.
Also, msc aerospace science is a good course keeping in mind the future scope.
See there is not exactly the course of MSc in Aerospace Science till now, but there is MS program in Aerospace Science in different fields such as:
- MS in aerospace and mechanical engineering
- MS in space engineering
- MSin space and engineering systems
- MS in aerospace Propulsion
- MSin aerospace control engineering
- MS in space and aeronautical engineering
- MS in astronautics and space engineering
This courses are essentially of the standards of MTech and most of them needs the eligibility of BTech. So you can do courses on the MS Aerospace Science. Now you have two ways to go for:
- If you want to go for Space Science then go for MSc Physics with specialization in Space Science or Astrophysics and after a PhD you can work in space science.
- If you want after your BSc you can take admission in BTech through Lateral Entry (you will be provided admission directly to the 2nd year of BTech engineering). You can pursue your BTech in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and then can opt for this course.

Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
According to my knowledge, you cannot study M.Sc in aerospace science after BSc Physics.
But here are a few other options too if you are interested:
- Msc in aerospace and mechanical engineering
- Msc in space and aeronautical engineering
- Msc in space engineering
- Msc in aerospace Propulsion
- Msc in aerospace control engineering
- Msc in astronautics and space engineering and many more
- Msc in space and engineering systems
All the best!!
Thank you!!
