No, after Bsc cardiology you cannot become a cardiology doctor i. e a cardiologist
This is because,
Bsc cardiology is just a paramedical , after Bsc cardiology you can just assist doctors, you can't be doctor yourself with bsc cardiology degree.
To become a cardiologist , you need to do mbbs followed by Ms/md cardiology.
Here's how you can become a cardiologist i. e a cardiology doctor.

To be eligible you need to pass 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.
