Can commerce student after 12 give hsee exam?

The eligibility criteria for HSEEE is:

Passed 10+2 from any education board including CBSE, ICSE and State Boards recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)

Passed Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Board Examination conducted by a Board or a University recognised by AIU

Passed final year examination of the two-year course of Joint Services Wing conducted by National Defence Academy

Passed Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling
-
Passed Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination
Passed out from any Public School, Board or University examination in India or in a foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities.
Class XII skill courses of CBSE
Passed General Certificate of Education Examination (London, Cambridge or Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
Passed High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
HSEE Eligibility Criteria - Minimum Marks

Candidates belonging to General and OBC category must have scored at least 60 percent marks in aggregate of the subjects at the 10+2 board examination or equivalent qualifying examination.

For candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories, there is a relaxation of five per cent marks in aggregate of the subjects (i.e. 55 percent marks) at the qualifying examination to be considered eligible for HSEE 2020.
HSEE Eligibility Criteria - Age Requirements

Candidates applying for HSEE 2021 need to be born on or after October 1, 1996.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories will be offered an age relaxation of 5 years as per the HSEE eligibility criteria 2020, which means the reserved category candidates born on or after October 1, 1991, will be considered eligible to apply for HSEE 2020.
Who else is eligible for HSEE 2021?

Candidates who have qualified their Class 12 board examination outside India will also be considered eligible for HSEE 2021 provided they produce a certificate from AIU claiming their academic qualification.

Candidates who are in the final year of their 10+2 examination system will also be considered eligible for HSEE 2021 provided if they meet the eligibility criteria.

Those who have qualified the 12th board examination as private candidates, according to the HSEE 2021 eligibility criteria, need to have at least qualified their 10th board examination through a public examination system.
