Can counselling be held online or some any other means as i have 3 more counselling on same week and all three are in far more?

The answer is no, you will have to attend the counseling in person there is no other way. If you can't reach out for all the colleges then you will have to choose for the best available option.
If not all then atleast you can attend two. If you still have a problem then go for the best.
