Hello,

The eligibility to appear for NEET is having completed 17 years age at the prescribed date by the authority and passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board. The minimum aggregate marks  for PCB subjects  50% for Unreserved Category,  40% for OBC/SC/ST,  45% for PWD.

If you fulfil the above criteria, you can apply. One more thing to remind, Supreme Court decision is pending on upper age limit, till then there's no limit on the permitted number of attempts.
