Hi,
Previously, two courses could not be taken in normal mode at the same time due to UGC regulations. Later, the UGC added a new provision allowing you to do two courses at the same time, but with certain conditions
The condition is that one degree course should be pursued in conventional form and the other diploma course in distance mode.
This new service benefitting a large number of students.
So you can certainly do diploma and pg course simultaneously one through regular mode and other distance learning one.
