Yes, you are eligible for WBJEE even if you are from other state and you have taken 2 drops
This is because,
There is no limitation or barrier for drops so irrespective of number of years of drops one has taken drop, he or she is eligible for WBJEE provided he or she fulfills its eligibility criteria which has been provided below:-
To be eligible:-
-------------------------) You must be either appearing for 12th or should have passed your 12th from a recognised board with at least 45 % or at least 40% in case of reserved category in aggregate of Physics and Maths and any one of the following subjects given below -
****Chemistry
****Biology
****Biotechnology
*****Computer Science
*****Computer Application
---------------------------) you must have studied and passed English in your 12th board examination and should have got at least 30% marks in it
---------------------------) you should be at least 17 years old by 31st December of the year of examination .
---------------------------) there is no upper age limit except for Marine Engineering for which upper age limit is 25 years old as on 31st December of the year of examination
---------------------------)West Bengal domicile requirement is there for seat in Government aided colleges, seats in Aliah university and 90 % of general seats for Jadavpur University( 10% seats are open for other state for Jadavpur University) and also other state students are not eligible for reservation i. e OBC/ST/SC etc.
†††eligibility to be domicile of West Bengal
********* one should be the permanent residence of West Bengal for at least 10 years as on 31st December of the year of examination
********** one will be also considered domicile if his or her parents are permanent residents of West Bengal and also have permanent residential address in the state the state of West Bengal
