Can droppers write kcet 2020 then yes or no please telle

Hello aspirant.
Droppers can write KCET examination in 2020 . There are some rules to write KCET examination again . You must not have joined any college through kcet counselling in the previous year . It means you must join any college this year through kcet counselling , if you join also then you need to cancel the admission and can write KCET examination .
