Hello,
It is totally subject to the amount of hardwork you put in during the 4 years. If you are good at what you do, then ofcourse you can get a good placement by the end of four years. If you have backlogs/ bad performance, it definetly reflects on the kind of package you can get.
With a good gpa by the end of 4years and knowledge about all the concepts, you can expect a good campus placement.

Yes you can get provided you are good at coding .
Try using online platform for learning programming
Participate in competition like hacker earth, hacker rank. You have to work hard as the selection process for Microsoft amazon is tough .
So hence boost your coding skills try to get 6star in hacker earth also you can try in several core electronic companies which too offer lucrative packages
