Ye, you can apply for IES exam being an electrical and electronics student. Also, they only have asked that the candidates should be an engineering graduate as there is no such branch wise restriction.

There is no hard and fast rule about being from some particular branch, all you need is a BE or BTech degree.



Yes you can apply.

Infact only four branches are allowed to give the exam that is Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Electronics.
