Yes, both the technical service and the SSC may indicate specific requirements. However, the message explicitly states that this condition may be mitigated by a specific candidate. This is rare because technical services are focused on entrance exams and interview announcements. This is actually not possible in SSC. In addition, I personally believe that I should take care of this later. Take the exam first and do your best. If you really want something, there is always a way out. B.Tech Passouts are eligible for Junior engineer post in many private and government companies.
