No, With EWS Certificate, you can take the benefits of only EWS Category Reservations.

You can not take the benefits of EBC by carrying Certificate of EWS.

For EBC Category Reservations, Only Candidate who fall in EBC Category and who possess valid EBC Category Certificate are eligible for EBC Category Reservations.

Students from General Category who are economically weak are eligible only for EWS Reservations.
