If you are registered with the state, I am assuming you have already given FMGE and also completed the internship necessary as per its provision. Coming to whether or not you are eligible for 50% state quota in Maharashtra, on the onset, you seem to fulfil all the major conditions except one which is repeatedly stated in the brochure, i.e. those who have passed MBBS from state outside Maharashtra except on central seats, i.e. under 15% AIQ seats, AIIMS and other central institutions, are not eligible.
So, it doesnt really look like you are eligible for the state quota admissions. You can look forward to the private institutions.
