Dear Bijay, we are guessing this is regarding Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MA. Most of the students in MIT study with the help of a scholarship given the fact that the course fees is costly even for the Local students. MIT offers need based scholarships and not based on Merit. The reason being every one at MIT has been selected because of their great Academic track record. So International students are only given Need Based Scholarship based on the Individual's family financial situation. As a proof of this, you will have to submit your parents' income statement along with your CSS profile.
