can gazette work in case we have correction in mark sheet for father's name spelling at the time of neet exam. if yes then how will it work. do we have to give it at time of exam or we have to post incorrect mark sheet in neet application form . but there is no such option to post any other

If there is a spelling mistake in your father's name in the marksheet then you need to get an affidavit stating that the spelling is wrong and also mention the correct spelling that should be considered for verification. You can then provide this affidavit along with the necessary documents both original and photocopy of them at the time of NEET document verification or admission.
You can upload the marksheet while filling the NEET application form even if there is a spelling mistake. As you are providing the affidavit at the time of document verification/admission you will not face any problem.
