Hello,
YEs you can, 15% seats of all esic medical institutes is reserved for all india students.
The cutoff for the same is around 580+ under all india quota. the fee is around 1 lakh per annum.
The bond duration is revised recently and is for 1 year post mbbs and student has to give a bank guarantee of 5 lakhs pre internship as security,
The same amount will be given back to the student after successful completon of 1 year bond.(The student can break the 1year bond directly by paying 5 lakhs if not willing to serve bond).
However as you know that cutoff changes every year depending on various factors like difficulty level of the exam questions , number of candidates appearing and the recent COVID19 crisis etc.
You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score;- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
