I'm sorry buddy ! It's very hard to get a seat with that score ..even from the least preferred rural areas to the best reservation category a 400+ score is always preferred unless you're ready to pay money and get a seat through management for which also you need to have the qualifying score ...A few private medical colleges maybe ready to accept but you will have no patient inflow and it will be of no value .

I hope that you are doing well. If you belong to general category then it will be difficult for you to get any course which come under neet examination. As the qualifying marks for general category was 149 last year. So if you get below 150 then there are other options like bsc, pharmacy , biotech, etc. in which you can take admission.
