Unfortunately,there is no course for girls at NDA.
But if you want to join defence service in the medical field there are various other provisions.

Admission Process at AFMC
1. Candidates seeking admission for MBBS Course at AFMC, Pune will have to qualify the NEET examination conducted by National Testing Agency. Eligible candidates will have to mandatorily register and apply for AFMC, Pune on DGHS website: www.mcc.nic.in during the registration window provided by the DGHS after declaration of NEET (UG) Results.
2. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning ( ToELR ), Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical Examination to be held in the month of June / July at AFMC, Pune.
3. Interested students can visit the NTA website, as well as, the AFMC website regularly for latest updates.
And in case you pursue your graduation / post graduation from a different college and in a different course you can still get into the defence services.

Combined Defence Services Examination is conducted twice in a year, by the Union Public Service
Commission and Interviews held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry
of Defence for admission to the Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course
