The answer to your question depends on your level of expectations of "good placements". While you can refer to the placement report of the college available on their website which states that the highest package has been 7.42 lakhs and the college has not yet achieved 100% placement, you can take it from an MBA student, the placement report of most of the B schools in India do not carry 100% authentic information.

Kindly do not fall for the paid reviews on Quora or biased reviews available elsewhere. Please use pure logic in such scenarios. Evaluate their cutoff for admission process. Half of the story will be clear there itself. You cannot expect colleges accepting 60 or 65 percentile in CAT to have "really good placements".

Next comes to the internship process. Please do thorough research on what kind of internship roles come to the campus and what is the stipend offered by the companies for the same. You will get a clearer picture.

Coming to last but not the least, the real story i.e. placements. Reported highest package and average package in every college are always elevated than the real picture. So you can do the maths and deduce what must be the real scenario.

A really good placement is also judged by the work experience you have? If you are a fresher, 7.5 lakhs sound decent. But if you are having substantial work experience (even of 1.5 years), it is an absolute NO.

Now comes the question - Are you ready to invest 2 years of your life with a package as mentioned or do you want to give yourself a chance and study in a better ranked B-school where you can assure yourself of a really good placement?

i am GITAMITE while GITAM HBS is very good in terms of PLACEMENTS, along with that they provide huge oppourtunites to grow like industry exposure lot many conference as well , they bulit in the entrepreuneur way along with that the certificate of GITAM is really well as it is has tagged up with abroad univeristy
