No anyone of the languages can be chosen in the best of four calculations. You cannot include two languages while calculating the best of four aggregate while applying to the university of Delhi, New Delhi colleges. You can send me your marks in various subjects and the course you want to pursue from the university of Delhi. We can serve you with better information.
