can hydrocoelectomy be done by mbbs doctor

Hello Aspirant.

As per the Indian standerd MBBS, an MBBS doctor is allowed to do some of the surgical procedures such as vasectomy. But it would be better that a hydrocoelectomy to be done by an urologist ( a surgical doctor expert in this field).  Hence, it's better to be done by a urologist.
