According to KCET provisional rules , you can not add new colleges in round 2 counselling. You can only change their order according to your priority before second round. So , choose the colleges for first round wisely that you must not regret after filling those options before second round.

So , make sure to add colleges wisely.

Because before second round , you can only change the order of colleges.
