Can I add ESIC colleges in all India15% quota counseling if I am not eligible for ESIC certificate.

Hi !
Yes , you can add ESIC college in ALL INDIA 15% quota because this quota is valid for each and every medical college across the country. There are few candidates who have IP quota , rest students are without IP quota. And there are no restrictions on addition of choice during ALL INDIA counselling.
