Once you have finished with your first round options , you cannot add any options for the second round councelling in kcet  unless any furthur seats have been added by any colleges in the second round councelling . However , you can change the order of options that you've entered before the second round councelling/allotment .

The option entry link opens again after the 2nd round and it is just like the way you could enter the options before the 1st round. You can add, remove or rearrange your options.

So , you can change the order after the first round , before the second round . But you can also add more options for the second extended round.
