Yes, absolutely. You can add the above mentioned institute in the second option entry in PGECET 2020. However, the college cutoff rank varies from college to college and also by category wise and many factors, so accordingly you will get admission as per your rank. As per your rank secured in PGECET 2020, you will be allocated. So wait for the official cutoff results and see whether as per your rank, you passed the cutoff range or not.
