can I admit in b.tech after bsc general? if yes.what is the better choice for b. tech?
Hello Pradip,
Yes, you can definitely apply for B.Tech after you have completed your general B.Sc. You can do it so through a scheme called "lateral entry scheme" and it is provided by many of the engineering colleges. It's only for those students who complete a course in engineering diploma or B.Sc.
As per preference, mechanical branch is considered to be the best branch among all as it has a vast area of job opportunities. But it all depends on your interests. If you like working with tools and machines then I would definitely suggest you to go for B.Tech in Mechanical. There are other branches as well like Electronics, Information Technology, Civil. It's upto you what you like.
I hope you found me helpful.
