Hello,
One cannot get admission to MBBS without qualifying in NEET UG. It is a National Level Entrance Examination conducted by National Testing Agency for admission to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses. It is the only exam for admission to MBBS so you cannot get admission without appearing for MBBS. The admission to MBBS under Management quota is also based on merit in NEET UG.
To appear for NEET UG a candidate must have studied Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board. Candidate belonging to general category must score minimum 50% marks taken together in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry inclusive of theory and practical, for PWD candidates it is minimum 45% marks and for candidates belonging to SC,ST,OBC category it is minimum 40% marks. Minimum age is 17 years as on December 31 in the year of admission. There is no upper age limit until final judgement is passed by the supreme court regarding the upper age limit for NEET UG. The application for NEET UG 2021 is available now. The last date to apply August 6, 2021 till 11:50 PM and last date to pay the application fee is August 7, 2021 till 11:50 PM.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no for getting admission in any of the courses related to M.B.B.S you need to give N.E.E.T examination without giving N.E.E.T you can't get admission in any of them. As N.E.E.T is a centralized examination for all medical related exams.
