Dear Aastha, you havent mentioned under what Category you have been alloted a seat in Round 2. If you were allotted in any other Category like OBC,SC,ST, you cannot avail EWS Category reservation. But if you have been allotted a sest under General Category and you are eligible for EWS reservation, yes you can. But do remember that you might have to forfeit your security deposit because you wil be leaving your allotted seat. But if you have been allotted a sest under General Category and are not eligible for EWS reservation, then you xan participate in mop up round under EWS Category.
