Eligibility criteria says that to be eligible for JEE mains 2020 for BE or Btech you just must be either appearing for 12th board exam in 2020 or should have passed it in 2019 or 2018 with Physics, mathematical and anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject.
So , there's no percentage barrier to be eligible for JEE mains and so you are definitely eligible for JEE Mains examination
Now , Eligibility criteria for BTech in Indraprastha University says that to be eligible one must pass 12th with at least 55% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. So if you fulfill this criteria then yes you can get into Indraprastha University for BTech on the basis of JEE Mains examination

i hope you are doing well , the eligibility criteria to get admission in IP university for the course B.tech is candidate must have passed their 10+2 from recognized board with science stream subjects having physics, chemistry and mathematics and candidate must have secured an minimum aggregate of 55 percent marks in all three subjects altogether and candidate must have a valid score in JEE main paper 1 conducted by NTA .
yes you can appear for JEE main exam and may get a seat in IP university
