Can I appear for mop up round this year if I get a govt mbbs seat in the first counseling ?

Hello Aastha !
Yes you can go for mop up round of you if you didn't report to the alloted college in first and then didn't get any seat in the second round then only you are eligible for mop up.
But if you are alloted a seat in second round of counseling then you are not eligible to go for mop up .
