Can I appear for UPSEE spot round counselling even if I have been alloted a collage in round 3?

Hello Aviral,

Yes, off course you can take part in the spot counseling but the college that has been allotted to you will be taken away from you. The negetive part of taking part in spot counseling is that the allowed college will be gone and you cannot go for that college if none of the college is allotted in the spot counseling.
