Yes you can sit in jee mains 2019 as there is no cutoff announced to sit in the exam.

Yeah definitely you can appear , there is no cuttoff assigned inorder to sit in the entrance examination
So yaah you can give but if you wish to select in elite institutes like IIT or NIT then you must have a score of atleast 75% in class 12th.

Hello Aspirant,
You have got average marks but you are completely eligible to give the jee exams next year.. forget about your board marks and prepare well for the next year jee and surely you will qualify.You just need focus and hard work.
