Yes you will be eligible for appearing in NEET 2021 examination.
This is because,
There is no rule which says that if you enroll for BAMS or any other graduation you become ineligible for Neet examination, as to be eligible for
neet what all one needs is :
to must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st.
So if you fulfill this then you definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination ,so don't worry even if you enroll for BAMS you will be definitely eligible for Neet 2021
