Hello,
You did not mention which boards you appeared for in your class 12th. If you are from ISC boards, then you need to be in top 20 percebtile of ISC boards. If you are in CBSE, then getting an aggregate of 75 percentage would be enough for admission in IITs, NITs and IIITs. You can appear in one or more subjects to improve your aggregate percentage but make sure you fulfill either of the two criteria, i.e. either 75 percentage aggregate in CBSE Boards or top 20 percentile in your respective boards.
