Yes, if a candidate has passed the jee mains in 2020 then they can appear for the jee advanced 2020 entrance too, even if their 10+2 exams results are supposed to be declared in June 2020.
So, as you said that your 10+2 results are declared in June 2018, then also you can apply for jee advanced 2020; but it has not be your 3rd attempt in jee.

Yes you can definitely appear for the exam in JEE 2020. There is no age limit. However, the He/She have to pass 10+2 or equivalent exam in 2019 or 2020. He/She appearing for 10+2 or equivalent exam in 2020 are also eligible to apply. JEE Main candidates can participate in the entrance exam for 3 consecutive years. The exam will be conducted twice a year, they may appear in both the attempts. The attempt for an academic year will be considered as One.
