can i apply for a job of a counselor in a school if I'm a law graduate.?

Hello,

The job of an Education Counsellor is to provide counselling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course, tackle the different academic challenges and help them reach their academic goals. There are different types of educational counsellor such as Elementary School Counselor, Middle School Counselor, Secondary School Counselor. The top organizations who recruits educational counsellor are CBSE Schools, Career Guide, Mindler etc. The basic eligibility criteria to become an education counsellor is that the candidate must have passed a Master’s degree in M.Ed/MA/M.Phil/Counselling or an equivalent from a recognized institution. In addition to that, some states also require the candidate to have a working experience of at least 1-2 years as a Teacher/ counsellor.
