No, you cannot.The last date to apply for BITSAT examination was May 11 and now no further extension will be provided.

Registration for filling the application forms of BITSAT entrance exam was started on 11 January 2020 and was extended till 11th May, so you cannot fill the application form now. For more information you can go through this link
