Admissions to affiliated colleges' UG and PG programmes are made through a combination of entrance exams and the Centralized Admission Process (CAP Round). Candidates who have passed a recognised board's 10+2 examination and entrance test can get into Calicut University, As both have 50:50 weightage.  It means you can apply for Btech programme in CU only if you have passed both entrance exam and 12th grade.

You must checkout the eligibility criteria for B.Tech admissions in Kerala which is divided into several categories, including nativity, domicile, academic standards, and so on. But if you are from ST/SC(Category) candidates only need to pass Class 12 with PCM.
